SOAR Strawberry Kefir Bliss Smoothie (FP)
This is an amazing inflammation taming smoothie and is a THM FP!
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Slice Fresh Ginger *1 inch or 1tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp. Baobab Powder
- 1 Scoop Soar Naturals Fermented Turmeric Ginger or 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 Dash Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Doonk THM Stevia
- 1.5 Cups Double Fermented Lowfat Kefir (double ferment by sitting out on counter 24 hours for store bought kefir)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend up and serve in wine glasses for a lovely treat!
Notes
This recipe was tweaked to my liking from an original THM anti-inflammatory smoothie recipe. This is still very anti-inflammatory, especially with the SOAR Fermented Turmeric Ginger Blend. I'm confident that this recipe will be one of your favorites! Very light and simple to make, very nourishing and tastes amazing! Enjoy!

I didn’t have the fermented turmeric ginger so just used the ground. I also added some Super Sweet because I was afraid the doonk of Stevia wouldn’t be enough. 😏 The taste is interesting and not unpleasant. With all the inflammation in my body, it will become a regular item on my menu.
